Give yourself the gift of this 4-hour pocket of peace. We’ll be moving through guided meditations, gentle movement, and journaling all in service of creating space for oneself amidst the comings and goings of the holiday season.
After you choose the rate that suits you and reserve your spot - you’ll receive an email with Zoom information and link to the resource page where you’ll be able to read more about the half-day and how to access the recording after the 14th if you can’t attend in real time.
Nothing specific to prepare in advance, but perhaps letting any folks you share space with know that you are taking this time. Preparing space to move from standing to sitting or lying down. Writing materials also highly encouraged to have on hand.
